We have a great shower curtain for our long car camping trips. He weighs in at 54 pounds, so we bought this tent for the night when you want to go out one night or a canoe trip and want to travel light. It 'was the lightest tent I found the size and value. We used it for the first time last night and it worked great. Set up was very fast as expected. I'm 6'2 "225 and I fit, my wife and our big dog. There were a lot of room for gear, but we managed well. TheWe must add that we use big 4 "mattresses and sleeping bags large rectangular. Now that we spent a night in it, I wish we had two doors, but was $ 38, I can not complain. We had good weather, then is not as good in the rain / wind can not comment. All three of us had our bags on the sides of the tent and was sprinkled with a bit of condensation. It was not enough to cause problems and will happen if you are against the walls of a tent. I'm going to seamSealing and waterproofing of hard to fly and bottom of the curtain spray. Even at $ 38, I thought my chances to take the one with. I would suggest always an alternative tent pegs. We used the inserts that came with the tent and leaned even soft ground. I took some substitution of aluminum, lighter and stronger for future trips. If you are a super-value, light weight and is looking for a decent amount of space, I would suggest that this tent.I will update my control once we have some experience with bad weather.

The branch of this SUV tent a few years ago and was impressed by the versatility of this tent. I used a Honda CRV 2004 and are now on a 2009 Honda Fit. It 's easy to set up and a great way to back of your car with a tent for all the things you sleep. The tent has the property of Nice in a freestanding tent, if you want to pull out of the SUV and drive to the city.

Cheap Kelty Green River 6 Six Person Tent Discount Review Shop

I was looking for a tent roomy enough to fit a family of 4 but also provide complete rain fly coverage. This tent fits the bill perfectly. The inside is extremely spacious, helped by very high ceilings. There was no problem sleeping 2 adults and 2 kids inside this tent. The vestibule (my favorite part of the tent) is huge, and housed 7 adults (standing, mind you) seeking shelter from a quick rainstorm.

The set-up is as easy as any tent I have seen. Two people can easily tackle the set-up, but I have done it by myself a few times without any hassle. In high winds, however, make sure you have at least 2 sets of hands as the height of this tent makes it susceptible during set-up (and only during set-up). The corded poles can separate when trying to take down the tent, but compared to my last two tents this task is MUCH easier. These poles are much better constructed than the more flimsy ones of cheaper brands.

I have only had one rain to test this tent out in, and it was not a long event. I had seem sealed the rear seem (the one part of the tent the rain fly does not cover) and did a rough job all around the floor/wall seem (as others have suggested, this should have been factory taped). After the rain, I literally had 5 drops of rain insde the tent. It appears to have come through the floor/wall seem where the rain fly did not cover. After returning home, I sealed this seem again (I did a quick job the first time around) and do not expect any further problems.

Lastly, as an earlier reviewer stated, the footprint does not include the vestibule. I would suggest a small throw rug/tarp for the vestibule that is NOT attached to the main footprint/tarp. Since the vestibule is not totally rainproof (the blinds do flap in the wind a bit) some water might come in during an intense rain storm. If your vestibule tarp is attached to the main tent tarp, water could run down underneath your tent (depending on slope, of course). It is probably best to leave a few inches between the two to prevent this from happening.

All in all, this tent was well worth the money. After an exhaustive search, it had everything I wanted at a relatively low cost.

Cheap Wenzel Timber Ridge Sport 9-by-7-Foot Four-Person Dome Tent Discount Review Shop

We bought this tent to replace our old tent, and we took her first camping trip this weekend. The three-day trip was only a humid and rainy days. Although unfortunate, I'm glad it was raining that day, because we now know that this tent must be sealed in water before our next trip.

I had a lot of car camping experience, and I bought Wenzel products in the past. The layout and dimensions of this tent were consistent with what was used. The spacious interior,adequate ventilation and ease of assembly, some positive. There are more than enough room for two adults with large sleeping bags. There is an inner pocket to store light items, and there is a mesh network that can be connected to the top of the tent for storage. Basically, this tent was what I expected – low-cost, easy to install, comfortable and spacious.

Unfortunately, we do not have water or seal the seams before our trip. Big mistake! Trust me, take the timefor purchase before travel and administer the sealing and impregnation. Trust me. The third day of our trip, it rained constantly, it was from sunrise to about 16.00 an hour, heavy rain and stable, and for a while ', until the tent held up fine. Finally, however, the material was saturated with water, and began to lick. (We have a cloth under the tent, so we had no problems with seepage.) If we had had time to prepare before the curtain, I do not think we executedin this issue.

I am not in possession of the tent is responsible for our laziness, which is why I give it a score of 4.
